Little Bit of Haven and Acts 1:8 Ministries would like us to come and serve at their place on Saturday, September 15 from 9am-5pm and then join them for worship after our work day is complete! It is a great opportunity to serve in a much needed way!
Little Bit of Haven is a place that is right across highway 40 from Barnes Jewish and Children's Hospitals where people can go for a night's sleep and refreshment for a very reduced cost or free if need be. It depends on donations and volunteers.
Acts 1:8 is a servant organization that goes out into the community to do service projects. It is a great way to help someone and share the good news of Jesus at the same time.
I would like as many people to participate in this as possible, ESPECIALLY OUR JR AND SR HIGH YOUTH!! Please get back to me asap as to whether or not you are able to participate in this great opportunity! Lunch will be provided!!
