A note from Doug Walters

I don't know what the dollar goal was for this campaign but I think the congregation has stepped up and supported the idea of Hiring a DCE in a big way. This is a very positive step in the future of our children and grandchildren and many others.  The fact that we can with confidence apply for the Intern program is a great thing. I remember meeting the DCE from O'Fallon and she was an Intern for that congregation and look at how she presented herself and the involvement she had with their youth.
 
I congratulate all who had a role in this campaign to bring this to a successful conclusion.
