This is Leroy's (Hank's) daughter, Linda Otto, sending you an update on my dad's current health situation.
For the past couple of weeks he has been at Surrey Place, a rehab facility of St. Luke's as he regains strength with Stage 4 lung cancer.
However, on Tuesday, March 13th, he was re-admitted to St. Luke's due to a blood clot in his lower right calf and excessive fluid retention in both of his lower legs and feet.
He is getting Heparin (a blood thinner) to dissolve the blood clot and a diuretic to help reduce the fluid retention.
He is is Room 7618 at St. Luke's and will very likely be there at least through Monday.
His landline number is 314-523-2787 but does have radiation daily and occupational and physical therapy daily as well, so he may not answer the phone. Please call him again.
