| Registration is open! The Missouri District will host its first Mission Summit on June 3 at Concordia Seminary - St. Louis. The summit is scheduled from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. The keynote speaker for the summit will be Lutheran Hour Speaker, Rev. Greg Seltz. The summit is being held in conjunction with the Plus One Initiative to help prepare and inspire congregations to engage their communities with the Gospel. There is no cost to attend, but registration is required. Click Here to Register for Mission Summit The schedule for the day will include Bible study, led by Concordia Seminary professor, Dr. Mark Seifrid. Rev. Greg Seltz will have two plenary sessions on the topics, "Can I Get a Witness? – Seizing Opportunities to Share the Christian Faith with the "I" generation" and "The LCMS On the Move – Called by God to Boast of Him." There will be three different sectional times offering twenty-six different topics! These will include topics from "Basics of Christian Witnessing" and "Understanding Your Culture" to practical presentations on school tutoring programs, utilizing health care for community outreach and reaching millennials.
