Great news! God does answer prayer. No news to me.
I got an e-mail from Kristin, my daughter, today.
She had taken Jonas to North Carolina to see a specialist in Ewings Carsoma ,the cancer Jonas has been battling. It reads....
I just met with the oncologist and for the scan results: Jonas has NO CANCER in his head or neck. Nothing lights up. Not the primary or the secondary or the tonsils or the lymph nodes. WooHoo! It's almost unbelievable! All that's left is some spots on the lungs. Two of them are substantial and we are going to start a really tolarable chemotherapy tomorrow. He should have no nausea or discomfort within 24 hours. So the vacation should be wonderful. All in all..great news!
Make a Wish Foundation is sending the family to Hawaii for a week.
Say a prayer of thanksgiving to such a wonderful God that we have and can go to when times get rough.
