This is going to be GOOD! This is a wonderful new challenge program designed by United Healthcare and the goal is to lose weight! It is a proven program and gets results! (See attached PowerPoint for more details
It starts June 10th and goes to August 5th. There are 9 weekly sessions with Chris Merritt at University of Missouri Extension Center on Mondays from 5:30-6:30- includes walking component for participants at the end of each session at "shaded" Binkley Park! Yummy, healthy foods to try, as well as great support and education along the way to help you succeed. There are fun prizes and attendance gifts as always. The first session you will get a pedometer and back sack!
ONLY $15 for the entire program. What a deal and it will be loads of fun- those who lose the greatest % of body weight WIN 1st, 2nd and 3rd prize. Register today- it starts June 10th!
