OUR ANNUAL CIRCUIT REFORMATION SERVICE IS SUNDAY, OCTOBER 28 at 2PM at St. John's.
There are three things I need.
1. People to be in the mass choir. (You will have just one practice at 1pm.) Let me know if you'd be willing to be in this choir. Toni Schwartz will be directing it as well as playing organ for the service.
2. Hosts and/or hostesses for a small reception in the overflow before the service (especially for those who will sing in the choir) and after the service for those who would like to stay for a little while afterward. All you would do is set up and clean up including drinks, coffee, tea, lemonade.
3. I would also like to have several people donate cookies, brownies, etc. for this. Please let me know if you would be willing to donate.
